Presidential Special Advisor Clement Wani Konga and Political Advisor Daniel Awet Akot will visit Yei to address a public rally on Tuesday, announces state government spokesperson.

Stephen Lado Onesimo calls on the citizens to turn out in large numbers to attend the rally and get the message of the President directly, Radio Easter reports.

Lado says the public rally was postponed from Saturday to Tuesday this week after some top government officials demanded to come.

The public rally seeks to send a key message of peace to amicably address the ongoing insecurity in the state, he adds.

The Government spokesperson was speaking to the media upon the suspension on Saturday.
